Thesis Exhibition Reception: MFA Painting

Join BU College of Fine Arts School of Visual Arts for a reception on Friday, May 1 from 5 to 7pm celebrating the MFA Painting Class of 2026 and their Thesis Exhibition, on view in BU Art Galleries' Faye G., Jo, and James Stone Gallery from April 28 through May 17. The exhibition is open to the public during gallery hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm.

The Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program in Painting at Boston University promotes the discipline in its varied manifestations as a fundamental form of artistic expression. At its core, the program is studio-driven, with rigorous expectations about each student’s focused commitment to their individual artistic practice.
