Dr. Muñoz Participates in Climate Change Negotiations

Miquel Muñoz, Pardee Center Postdoctoral Fellow, participated in the UNFCCC negotiations held in Bonn, Germany from August 2-6, 2010. The negotiations included the eleventh session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC AWG-LCA 11) and the thirteenth session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol (AWG-KP 13).

Dr. Muñoz followed issues of mitigation in developed and developing countries, finance, technology and capacity building.

The fourteenth session of the AWG-KP and the twelfth session of the AWG-LCA will take place from Monday, 4 to Saturday, 9 October 2010 at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center (MJCEC), Tianjin, China.
