Laura Ann Twagira Joins the Pardee Center as a Visiting Research Fellow

The Frederick S. Pardee Center welcomes Laura Ann Twagira as a Visiting Research Fellow for the fall semester. Ms. Twagira is currently a Ph.D. candidate in African History at Rutgers University and a Visiting Scholar at the African Studies Center at Boston University. She is currently researching food security in Mali. At the Pardee Center, she will focus on issues of gender, technology, and local environmental governance.
