Pardee House Seminar: “Can We Afford The Future?”

The Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future will hold a lunch seminar on ‘Can We Afford The Future?’ featuring Dr. Frank Ackerman from Tufts University who will talk about his book by the same name.
The Seminar will be moderated by Prof. Kevin Gallagher, from Boston University’s Department of International Relations and Pardee Center Research Fellow.
The Seminar will be held at Pardee House (67 Bay State Road, Boston) on Tuesday, April 28, 2009.
This particular Pardee House Seminar is structured as a ‘book talk’ and Dr. Ackerman will present on the basis of his book: Can We Afford the Future – Deciphering Climate Economics (Zed Books, 2009).
The Pardee Seminar Series focuses on a variety of issues and invites experts from different disciplines to discuss the long-range challenges and trends in that particular issue.
