Muñoz Is Co-Editor of Special Issue of Global Environmental Politics
Pardee Center Post-Doctoral Fellow Miquel Muñoz is the guest co-editor (with Sikina Jinnah of American University) of the August 2011 special issue of the journal Global Environmental Politics. The issue, titled “Climate Bandwagoning: The Impacts of Strategic Linkages for Regime Design, Maintenance and Death,” covers a range of topics that are subject to the international politics related to addressing the impacts of global climate change, including biodiversity, desertification, global fisheries, deforestation, security, and human rights.
In addition to co-editing the speical issue, Muñoz also authored an article titled “Issue-linkages to Climate Change Measured through NGO Participation in the UNFCCC.”
Muñoz’s research at the Pardee Center focuses on renewable energy, sustainable development and climate change. He has participated in numerous international environmental negotiations meetings.
