On October 3, the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future hosted its annual fall reception. At the beginning of the reception, the eight 2023 Graduate Summer Fellows, who represent four different schools or colleges and eight different academic departments, gave a series of lightning talks on the outcomes of their summer research. The fellowship is a 10-week program open to all BU master’s and doctoral students, during which the Fellows develop research papers on a wide range of future-oriented issues to be considered for publication as part of the Pardee Center’s publication series, while participating in programs designed to advance interdisciplinary research and learning.
The call for applications for the 2024 session of the Graduate Summer Fellows program will be announced in January. To be notified when the application period opens, sign up for our email newsletters.
