Pardee Center welcomes India’s MOS for Environment, Forests & Climate Change
The Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future hosted Prakash Javadekar, India’s Minister of State for Environment, Forests & Climate Change, on April 15th.
Mr. Javadekar participated in an informal conversation with a diverse group of faculty and experts from a range of academic disciplines across the University, including the Earth & Environment, Biology, Public Health, and Economics. The faculty shared past and current research and Mr. Javadekar explained the environmental and development aspirations of the Indian government.
