Pardee Center Organizes Panel at Food and the City Conference

Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future is the lead organizer of the closing panel at the Food and the City Conference on February 24 and 25 sponsored by the Boston University History Department.  The conference will take place at the BU Photonics Center, 8 St. Mary’s Street.

Pardee Center Director, ad interim Jim McCann will chair the session titled “Food and the City: Issues on the Horizon,” scheduled for Saturday, February 25 from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m.  Other panelists include Pardee Faculty Fellows Prof. Sarah Phillips (History) and Paul McManus (School of Management) as well as Prof. Nathan Phillips (Geography and Environment).
