Selin is Co-editor of New Book on Climate Change Governance

henrik-book-aug-09A new book co-edited by Pardee Fellow Henrik Selin was published in August by MIT Press. Titled Changing Climates in North American Politics: Institutions, Policymaking and Multilevel Governance, the book examines the varying political activity across North America designed to address climate change, from the municipal to the national levels. The book looks at the effectiveness of the disparate and uncoordinated, multilevel, bottom-up climate change governance initiatives of North America compared to the more top-down approach of climate change governance in Europe.

This edited volume is part of the MIT Press American and Comparative Environmental Policy series.

Henrik Selin is Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at Boston University.
