Pardee House Seminar on Latin America on Nov. 19

The fourth Pardee House Seminar will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at the Pardee House (67 Bay State Road, Boston, MA), on “Always Promising: The Future of Latin America.”

The lunch seminar will be moderated by Pardee Center Fellow, Prof. Kevin Gallagher from the Department of International Relations. The panel will feature Prof. Carlos Blanco (International Relations), Prof. Kirk Dearden (School of Public Health), Prof. Shane Hunt (Economics) and Prof. Robert Kaufmann (Geography and Environment).

This seminar series focuses on a variety of interdisciplinary issues and invites experts from different disciplines to discuss the long-range challenges and trends in that particular issue.
