Due to ongoing and extensive roof replacement and repairs, the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center is making no appointments for in-person research from Monday May 22, 2023 through at least Labor Day, Monday, September 4, 2023.

In-person research is by appointment only on the first two business days of the week, and appointment requests will be processed according to the order received. Seating in the reading room is limited. Requests for access to collections, and for educational support services from the BU community will be prioritized.

At this time, we are unable to provide duplications of audio or video materials. Limited requests for reproductions of manuscript materials will be processed in the order in which they were received, so long as doing so does not interfere with service to BU students and faculty, copyright, or existing donor agreements.
