2016 Guidestar Nonprofit Compensation Report
The Pardee Management Library now has the 2016 GuideStar Nonprofit Compensation Report. This report summarizes and analyzes the compensation of 135,000 positions at approximately 96,000 charitable nonprofit organizations. The report is based on GuideStar’s database of digitized IRS 990 Forms. The GuideStar Nonprofit Compensation Report is available at the Pardee Library Circulation Desk.
The library also provides access to the GuideStar National Database of Nonprofit Organizations. This database, available through Business Databases: A to Z, provides information on the missions, finances, programs, and management of 2 million nonprofit organizations. The GuideStar National Database of Nonprofit Organizations also provides compensation for specific positions from the IRS 990 Form for organizations listed in the database.
