Welcome to Boston University!  We hope this message finds you and your family well as you prepare to join us this fall.

As you begin planning for your time at BU, please spend a few minutes exploring the BU Hub, our innovative university-wide general education program.  The Hub is designed to ensure that every BU undergraduate develops the breadth of knowledge and essential skills needed to be an engaged citizen and to thrive in the future.  Through the Hub, you can choose courses that interest you from among hundreds of offerings, take courses in any of the undergraduate schools and colleges, connect with students from across the University, and expand your sense of community at BU.

We encourage you to learn more about how the Hub works and to explore some of the many Hub courses available to you.  In addition, we hope you will participate in innovative Hub offerings such as the Cross-College Challenge (XCC) and Hub cocurriculars.  If you have a specific question about the Hub, please see our FAQs section or feel free to contact the Hub office at thehub@bu.edu.
