Student Space Rental
Welcome to BU Hillel! If you’re interested in using our space for student life activities/meetings/events, then you’re in the right spot! Please use this webpage to request a room based on our policies.
Weekday Rentals (Monday – Thursday)
Cost: no charge! Student groups can reserve rooms free of cost between 9:00 AM – 9:00PM. This is our way of supporting student life and fostering community on campus.

Weekend Rentals (Friday – Sunday)
Weekend use is available, but does require:
• A rental fee (rates available upon request)
• Approval from the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer (debglick@bu.edu
Guidelines for Using Our Space:
• Any student group can fill out a request! You do not have to be Jewish to use our space!
• Respect the space: Leave rooms clean and in the condition you found them. Please avoid creating spills or touching religious items.
• Setup and cleanup time: Included in your rental time—please plan accordingly
• Capacity guidelines: Observe each room’s maximum occupancy limits
• Noise and hours: Please keep noise at reasonable levels and avoid disturbing others

• Furniture/Setup: You are responsible for any BU facilities fees to set up the room. This may be done through the SLIC process. Please contact slic@bu.edu for further info.
Attendance: Taking attendance is mandatory at these events. After the event concludes, it is your responsibility to send the attendance list with full names and emails to esgitter@bu.edu.
Permission: All submitted requests are subject to review.
