New Year Meditations
There are lots of app or website challenges to motivate and engage you in change at the start of the year. The intention is to support behavioral change over a two to three week period with regular practices.
Here is a meditation “Imperfect Challenge” from the app Ten Percent Happier. While much of the app content is member accessible only, from January 8 through 22 the practices for this challenge are free. Once you sign up, you’ll receive daily emails that link to the app for the Imperfect Challenge daily practice.
