Join us for a presentation by CSE Visiting Researcher Francesca Vessia. Vessia is Full Professor of Commercial Law, Competition Law, and Intellectual Property Law at the University of Bari Aldo Moro since 2006, teaching undergraduate and graduate programs. She holds a PhD in Commercial Law and is a lawyer, as well as the author, co-author, and editor of eight books and approximately 70 articles. Her research focuses on corporate law, intellectual property law, and competition law, with a specific interest in the intersection of these fields with new technologies (AI, blockchain, and NFTs).
Moderated by Andrei Mamolea, Assistant Professor of International Relations at the Pardee School of Global Studies.
