24 Month French Graduate Program
This 24 month program features 12 months in Paris taking technical and operational courses in French and an additional 12 months in Boston endorsing a particular mission. This French program is looking for French speaking American applicants with a Masters degree to begin in January 2018.

Accompanied by an experienced mentor, you will learn various operational skills (driving, resource
management …) in passenger transport.
This period will be punctuated by trainings tailored to our business (transport systems, production
engineering, management, law and social relationships, finance…) which are provided by the Keolis
University in partnership with SNCF (French National Railway Company).
After this training academy, you will have been exposed to all of the components of train
operations: Production, Methods, Planning, Management etc., and you will then be appointed to an
operational position in one of our railway subsidiaries abroad.

Nous recherchons à intégrer dans notre programme des américains francophones. C’est un programme de 24 mois avec :
12 mois en France avec des cours théoriques et pratiques, dispensés en français par l’Académie Keolis.
12 mois dans une filiale étrangère, dans notre cas aux Etats-Unis à Boston pour endosser une mission concrète.
Le parcours débute en janvier et notre objectif serait d’avoir au moins une personne d’origine américaine au sein de la prochaine promotion.
Concernant les profils recherchés, les candidats doivent être diplômés d’un Master II. Nous sommes ouverts concernant leur domaine de formation initiale (Formation technique ou littéraire/généraliste), ils seront formés sur plusieurs aspects (Production, Méthodes, Planning, Management, Marketing).
Les prérequis indispensables pour nous sont :
Un niveau a minima B2 en français
Un intérêt pour le monde des transports et en particulier le domaine ferroviaire.
Le poste à pourvoir aux Etats-Unis sera orienté sur la sécurité, avec des missions ‘’terrain’’ dans nos ateliers mais aussi des missions d’analyse. Il faut donc ne pas être réfractaire à la technique. Nous pouvons également offrir des postes en marketing ou opérations si nous rencontrons des candidats intéressants.
