BU Initiative on Cities Paid Summer Fellowship in Providence

The Boston University Initiative on Cities (IOC) is excited to announce a Fellowship opportunity for BU graduate students for Summer 2016. 
 
Each summer, the IOC sponsors Boston University graduate students who pursue work in municipal offices both in the United States and abroad.
Providence Fellowship in the Innovation Department
 
The mission of Providence’s Innovation Department is to work with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the delivery of City services, promote public entrepreneurship, and enhance citizen engagement. This Fellowship will focus on developing new project evaluations and testing models, performance-based procurement, and open data community engagement approaches.

Note: Providence residency is not required for this Fellowship. Fellows can commute via commuter rail from Boston.
