Jessica Douglass began her academic journey at a local community college with an Associate of Arts in Teaching where she developed a strong foundation in education and instructional techniques. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from York College of Pennsylvania in 2021. Continuing her passion for data and technology, Jessica obtained a Master of Science in Health Informatics and Applied Data Analytics from Boston University.
Jessica currently works as a Technical Analyst for a healthcare software company in the claims adjudication industry. In this role, she works closely with clients to customize software solutions to ensure the platform meets the specific needs of the client. She also plays a key role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, bridging the gap between technical requirements and practical implementation.
