John Day to present invited paper at the Network of the Future conference in Paris

MET CS faculty John Day will present the invited paper titled Bounding the router table size in an ISP network using RINA, at the Second International Conference on the Network of the Future, which will take place at the Universite Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, from November 28-30, 2011. John Day’s paper (Bounding the router table size in an ISP network using RINA) presents the benefits of the Recursive InterNetwork Architecture (RINA) in addressing one of the biggest problems of today’s Internet – the explosion of the size of the routing tables of Internet core routers,  and is coauthored with Eleni Trouva, Eduard Grasa (i2CAT Foundation, Jordi Girona, Spain); Patsy Phelan, Miguel Ponce de Leon (TSSG, Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland); Steve Bunch (TRIA Network Systems, LLC, USA); Ibrahim Matta, Lou Chitkushev (Boston University, USA) and  Louis Pouzin (Eurolinc, France).
