Now a Mobile Forensics Specialist, BU MET Cybersecurity Alum Michael-Angelo Zummo Shares Applied Lessons in Guest Lecture
Master of Criminal Justice with concentration in Cybercrime Investigation & Cybersecurity alum Michael-Angelo Zummo (MET’17), who is now an investigative analyst for the Office of Special Narcotics in New York City, was invited in April to be a guest speaker in Dr. Yuting Zhang’s Mobile Forensics and Security (MET CS 694) course. As an investigative analyst, Mr. Zummo provides analysis for narcotics investigations through mobile and computer forensic analysis, putting his cybersecurity education to work. His guest lecture, “Furthering Investigations with Mobile Forensics,” offered students applied insight into the ways mobile forensics are used in real-life criminal cases.
