We are currently seeking a Client Analytics Analyst to work within our health plan, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and direct medical equipment (DME) analytics teams. The Analyst will support the efforts to deliver ongoing analytics to these clients including document and data gathering, project management, research, analysis, and PowerPoint creation. The Analyst will work with various departments within Eliza including design, project management, marketing and sales.
Key Responsibities:
- As part of an interdisciplinary team:
- Review standard metrics for ongoing programs;
- Generate insights to support the delivery of information to clients;
- Perform advanced analytics under the guidance of senior team members;
- Gather and review documentation from internal systems required for full analysis and prepare an analysis plan;
- Manage deliverable timelines for a set of accounts and appropriately prioritize competing requests.
The ideal candidates should have:
- 3+ years experience in market research, consulting, or direct marketing analytics or advanced degree and relevant academic research experience;
- Ability to work independently and appropriately prioritize competing requests;
- Degree in mathematical science, decision science or related fields preferred;
- Experience analyzing, interpreting and reporting via PowerPoint, Tableau or other visualization tools;
- Familiarity with statistical analysis;
- Passion for analyzing healthcare data.
