Position Overview: Our Program Managers (PMs) are essential and dynamic members of the SLIC CUBE team. Under the mentorship of Senior Staff (professional staff and graduate interns), PMs will build and shape the unique identity of our center, promoting social justice across Boston University, our neighboring communities, and beyond. PMs are responsible for planning and implementing high-impact service, education and reflection experiences that embody the mission of the Student Leadership and Impact Center, Boston University Dean of Students, Boston University and our surrounding communities. Position Overview: First-Year Student Outreach Project Staff Leaders are the heart of the FYSOP experience. They are responsible for welcoming and mentoring incoming, first-year students to Boston University and serve as the primary facilitators for the program. Throughout the week of August Orientation and Fall 2026, FYSOP staff leaders will work alongside 1-2 co-staff to lead a group of first-year students through service, reflections, and other program components. Staff leaders are responsible for fostering community amongst their first-year group and help ensure the program runs smoothly.
