CREEDD is one of five national centers for research to reduce oral health disparities. Three of these centers, which includes CREEDD, make up a collaborative network devoted to Early Childhood Caries (ECC). The other two centers in the ECC network are based at the University of California at San Francisco, and the University of Colorado.
