Saturday (6/25/16) – Permission and permitting have been secured from the City to work from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Demolition throughout building – Interior. Load out of dumpsters on the Beacon Street side of building – Dumpster will be swapped throughout the day.

Site preparation and enabling construction activities will continue as permitted by the Town of Brookline and in accordance with the approved Construction Management Plan. Authorized work hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No work – Saturday 06/18/16. Man and Material Hoist Construction: Excavate for hoist pad on Bay State Road side of building – Exterior. Form and pour hoist pad on Bay State Road side of building – Exterior.
CILSE – Construction Activity – Week of 6/20/16
Glass water testing will be taking place on the Commonwealth Avenue, Cummington Mall, and College of Communication sides of the building. Installation of window frames, glass, and insulation will continue along the Cummington Mall and Morse Auditorium sides.

CILSE – Construction Activity – 6/12/16
On the Commonwealth Avenue side of the building, the glass replacement is expected to be completed and sealing around replaced glass will take place. Installation of window frames, glass, and insulation will continue on the Cummington Mall and Morse Auditorium sides of the building.

Enabling construction activities have begun on the site in accordance with approved permits by the Town of Brookline. Authorized work hours are the same as standard Brookline construction hours (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m on Saturdays.
