BU Theatre Center – Construction Activity – 11/4/16 – 11/21/16
Now through December 23, 2016 – Erection of steel structure on the Production Wing, along Dummer Street. Cast-in-place concrete foundations will be ongoing for the next several weeks at the west end of the site.
CILSE – Construction Activity – Week of 11/6/16
Over the weekend (11/5 &11/6), work will be done on the Commonwealth Avenue sidewalk. The fence and gates to the site will be modified. A 5-foot section of temporary sidewalk has been paved in order to route pedestrians closer to the building so we can upgrade the sidewalk configuration and landscape.

Saturday Work – 11/05/16 – On Saturday, the following construction work will be occurring onsite from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Activities will require workers, trucks, and equipment in the point park. The man and material hoist will be running.

CILSE – Construction Activity – Weeks of 10/23/16 & 10/30/16
pswich Bay Glass will not be working a second shift. Rainscreen installation will continue on mast climber 5 with installation of fiberC panels and on the Cummington Mall side on swing staging. Installation of trim covers on the white frames (TGP) will continue at the entrance on the Morse Auditorium side.

Now through November 11th, 2016 – Site excavation and trenching, all underground site utilities installations, and cast-in-place concrete foundations will be ongoing for the next several weeks. Start of structural steel erection is scheduled to begin early weeks of November.

CILSE – Construction Activity – Week of 10/16/16
The team will be removing the overhead protection on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (10/15 – 10/17), so the sidewalk will be closed from 6:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. each day. BUPD will be directing pedestrians around Hinsdale, Cummington, and Blandford.
