West Campus Dining Expansion – Construction Update – 03/24/23

Interior Work

Last week, the electrical rough-in work was completed and inspected.
The metal stud framing was also completed and is set to be inspected early next week, the week of March 27.
Installation of drywall will begin once the inspection is passed.
Installation of the HVAC ductwork will continue.

Exterior Work

The demolition of the curbed brick wall has been completed.
Installation of concrete for the footing at the new canopy is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, March 29. Once confirmed, a concrete truck will be on site to pour the footing. Police detail will be on site during this activity.
Dumpster exchange is scheduled for Friday, March 31.
