During the weekend of September 10th
On Saturday, crews will be working from the elevated platforms, continuing to install panels at the 5th and 7th-floor soffits on the exterior of the building.
Also on Saturday, on the interior of the building, installation of the atrium’s monumental stair and tower’s communicating stair will continue. Installation of stone flooring will continue on the ground floor and carpet will continue in the tower. Framing, hanging, and finishing drywall and installing ceilings will progress in the tower.
On Sunday, crews will return to the site to continue the installation of elements of Stair D and Stair F, emergency electrical systems, and general clean-up.
Deliveries for miscellaneous materials will occur throughout the day.

During the week of September 12th
At the atrium, crews continue to install the final sections of guardrails at the monumental stair and along the bridge/top of the sit-step on the 2nd floor. Framing for the finish wall paneling that will wrap the stair structure will continue.
On the ground floor, installation of stone flooring will continue along with the installation of ceiling systems.
Installation of finishes will continue throughout, including installation of whiteboards, corner guards, cabinetry, wood and acoustical ceilings, interior glass walls and doors, final paint, polishing concrete floors, office carpet, and plumbing fixtures.
The elevator subcontractor will continue the installation of elevators 1, 2, and 3.
At the terraces, spreading soil and installation of pavers is wrapping up on the 7th floor and will begin on the 10th floor. The base for the glass guardrails will be installed on the 15th and 17th floors.
Installation of metal panels will continue at the soffit on the underside of the 7th floor.
Installation of the guardrail’s components of Stair F, the Communicating Stair, continues.
Installation of the permanent roofing systems continues on the 19th and 20th floors.
Exterior site work continues on all sides of the building. Preparations for new sidewalks continue along Commonwealth Avenue and Granby Street. The retaining wall, ramp, stair, and planter install continues at the rear of the Bay State Road brownstones.
The project will continue utilizing a second shift, from 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Friday to continue interior work, accommodate off-hour deliveries and material loading, and debris removal.
Please be aware in addition to daily deliveries, trucks with large trailers will be staged adjacent to and moving around the site and pedestrians should be aware of all safety and directional signage in the areas as pedestrian and vehicle travel paths may be altered.
