CFA Facade, Envelope, and Accessibility Renovations – Construction Update – 8/29/19

During August 30th – September 6th:

On the Ground Level

Work will continue along Corridor B93 as well as on the rooms along the corridor on the exterior side (south).

On the 1st Level

The installation of HVAC piping and ductwork will continue in Corridor 197.
Work will continue in the Commonwealth Gallery with the installation of HVAC equipment, sprinkler work and ceiling grid.
The elevator lobby will have ongoing work with the installation of HVAC equipment, lighting, and ceiling work.
Work will commence in Class Lab 109 as ductwork and HVAC pipe begin installation.

On the 2nd Level

Work will continue in the restrooms aiming for completion in the next week.

On the 4th Level

Demolition will continue in the restrooms with the intent to begin framing in the next few days.

As a reminder to all, please be aware of all directional signage, as pedestrian travel paths may be altered at both the interior and exterior of the building. Your safety is imperative!
