Towers Dormitory Room Renovation
The final phase of student room and hallway renovation addressed conditions in the West Tower at 140 Bay State Road. Work included removing the original built-in furniture; patching and painting of walls and ceilings; replacing all lights with modern, energy-efficient fixtures; and installing new, moveable room furnishings.
