Congratulations to Jeremy Fischer, a major in Ancient Greek and Latin, and Meghan Kelly, a major in Classical Civilization for successfully defending their theses. Jeremy’s thesis is entitled “Ovid’s Panopticon: Politics, Poetic Structure and the Fragmented Persona in the Amores.” He received an Alumni Award for Writing Excellence for his work. Meghan’s thesis is entitled “Ennepe Mousa: The Muse in Homer, Dante, and Yeats”
