CIMS Student Accepted to Masters at Columbia University
CIMS Minor, Hiayi Bi, will go on this Fall to begin her masters in Data Journalism at Columbia University. She says that this step “stems from a deep commitment to storytelling that informs, empowers, and connects communities.” She hopes to dive into the city of New York to find more opportunities while honing important investigative and data reporting skills to engage critically with issues shaping our world.
