DCF Adoption
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) cares for children of all ages, from infancy to 18, and from all ethnic and economic backgrounds. Most of the children waiting to be adopted are between 6 and 12 years old. There is no cost to adopt a child.

MARE
Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange exists to bring prospective adoptive families and children waiting for adoption one step closer to becoming a family. 

Child Welfare
From the Department of Health and Human Services, the Administration for Children & Families provides information for prospective and adoptive parents, for adopted people, and for pregnant women, birth mothers, fathers and relatives.
