Dr. Bassina challenges students to think, analyze, and implement. Students should have an expectation management of the problem. Knowing ahead of time what magnitude of answer to expect. In her teaching, Dr. Bassina emphasizes that conceptual understanding is a key to success in the class.
In addition to her teaching assignments, Dr. Bassina is the LA program coordinator for the department, and was responsible for implementation of the first Learning Assistance at the University.
