Training and Ethical Engagement

CFD’s work in this area seeks to understand how best to train and prepare humanitarian workers to engage ethically with displaced people. Our research examines the skills humanitarian workers need to be successful and how they are currently trained by NGO’s and other institutions. We consider the university’s ideal role in supporting training and ethical engagement through degree programs and beyond. We develop and share curricula and provide experiential opportunities and executive education.
