Originally from Hong Kong and shaped by her international background and interdisciplinary training, she approaches production management as a practice rooted in communication, accessibility, and mutual respect among collaborators. Nichole strives to create production environments where diverse voices are supported and valued, believing that inclusive processes lead to stronger storytelling and more sustainable artistic communities.
