Ash Strange
BFA Theatre – Stage Management
they/them
Ash Strange (they/them) I am a stage manager who enjoys working on anything, but with a love for the interaction of music, movement, and lighting. Whether I am in rehearsal for an opera or tech for a dance show, I believe that the most important thing is creating an environment of respect and communication. A successful process for me is one where those involved walk away feeling proud of the work they have done. I believe that I am always learning and that theatre, as a collaborative process, benefits from embracing the idea that anyone in the room might have the solution. In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy, cooking for myself and others, or vegging out on the couch.
