National Coming Out Celebration: Affirming Queer Joy

Spend the afternoon with both of BU’s LGBTQIA+ Centers and the BU Arts Initiative to celebrate National Coming Out Day. We’ll have a photo booth, zine making, karaoke, bouquet making, and plant pot painting for you to share your journey while learning about others’. Join us for good food, lots of art, and an affirming community!

Coming out is not a universal experience nor is it something that everyone wants to or needs to celebrate. We are here to acknowledge its importance for some while affirming all members of the queer community. This is a day to celebrate who you are while in community with others.
