MM student appointed to Naples Philharmonic Orchestra
The Naples Philharmonic was founded in 1982 and in its first season performed four concerts as a chamber orchestra. Since then, the ensemble has grown in scope, size and artistic impact and now performs over 140 orchestral and chamber concerts, as well as opera and ballet, education, community and special event concerts between September through June each year. The Naples Philharmonic is also recognized as one of the country’s best young orchestras.
We are excited to announce that Hui-Ying Ma, Master of Music candidate at Boston University studying under Dana Mazurkevich, has accepted a position at the Naples Philharmonic following her graduation!
