Todd Burgun
Scene Shop Manager, School of Theatre
Todd Burgun is the Scene Shop Manager for the Boston University School of Theatre. A theatre professional with over two decades of experience, they have led scenic teams in academic and professional settings, overseeing the construction, installation, and strike of large-scale productions.
They previously served as Associate Technical Director at the Huntington Theatre Company and have held leadership roles with Ocean State Theatre Company, River City Scenic, and Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati. In addition to shop management, they are passionate about teaching and mentorship, having instructed courses in AutoCAD, welding, and leadership for theatre students.
Todd holds a BFA in Theatre Design and Production from the University of Cincinnati (CCM) and an AAS in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Ohio–Cincinnati.
