Hailey Madison Sebastian
Administrative Coordinator, School of Theatre
Hailey Madison Sebastian (she/they) is a Fil-Am theatre artist and arts administrator in the Boston area, and is thrilled to join Boston University as their Administrative Coordinator for the School of Theatre! She is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and holds a BMus in Professional Music, concentrating in Drama, Musical Theater Writing, & Musical Theater Performance.
As a performer, Hailey Madison’s favorite roles include Tam in Guts (Moonbox Productions), Sara Jane Moore in Assassins (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Judas Iscariot in ISCARIOT: the Musical (Harvard University), and Annabeth, U/S in The Lightning Thief: the Percy Jackson Musical (Wildwood Summer Theatre). She has also performed/collaborated with Lyric Stage Company of Boston, Space and Robot Films, and Boston University. In addition to her creative work, Hailey Madison was previously the 2024-25 Digital Marketing Fellow at SpeakEasy Stage, and the Marketing Consultant for the DC premiere of Soft Power at Signature Theatre. Needless to say, she LOVES theatre, whether she is onstage or behind the scenes.
Outside of theatre, Hailey Madison enjoys going to concerts, baking cookies, playing fashion video games, and collecting Sanrio merchandise. Since her desk is right in the middle of the School of Theatre, please don’t hesitate to drop by and say hi!
