
Dahee Park

Dahee Park is a pianist from South Korea, actively performing both solo and chamber music in the Boston area. Known for her vibrant artistry and collaborative spirit, she has performed in diverse settings around the world. During her time in New York, she was an active chamber musician, including participating in “An Evening with Steven Isserlis,” a concert hosted by the Violoncello Society, Inc. of New York. She has also contributed to community outreach by performing in the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra’s out-reaching concert series, bringing classical music to various communities.
Throughout her career, Dahee Park has played the role of a collaborative pianist in masterclasses with numerous world-renowned musicians, including Joseph Seiger, Elmar Oliveira, Steven Isserlis, and Mark Kaplan, further refining her artistry. She has earned several prestigious accolades, such as winning the Artur Balsam Duo Competition at the Manhattan School of Music. Later, she won the Boston University at Carnegie Hall Competition, which led to her performing at the iconic Carnegie Hall. In Boston, Dahee Park has also given several solo piano recitals, further establishing her presence as a solo artist.
In addition to her career as a performer, Dahee Park is a dedicated educator. She was a piano faculty member at Sunhwa Art School in Seoul and is currently on the faculty at Winchester Community Music School, where she is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of musicians. She also works as an Instrumental Staff Pianist at both Boston University and the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, collaborating with and inspiring students from around the world.
Dahee Park holds a strong academic background that supports her artistic achievements. She studied at Yonsei University as a scholarship student, majoring in solo piano. She earned her master’s degree in collaborative piano from the Manhattan School of Music and pursued her doctoral studies in collaborative piano at Boston University.
In her personal life, Dahee Park cherishes spending time with her husband and two
children, often enjoying family travels and creating lasting memories together
