BU Housing Portal

BU on-campus housing is required for the program. To register, please submit your online BU Housing Portal by following the instructions sent to you by the CELOP Admissions staff. Once you submit your Housing Portal, the BU Housing office will make your housing assignment. Students are assigned a room based on availability. Most rooms are multiple occupancy (with one or more roommates), but some students may be assigned a single room (at a higher cost). For students living with a roommate, BU Housing makes every effort to assign a non-Waseda roommate. Your roommate can be a BU domestic or international student from any country.

BU Housing does not provide bedding, towels, or pillows. You can bring these items to campus, purchase a linen package from CELOP that includes them, or buy them on your own. If you want to buy these items on your own, there are many stores near or on the BU campus where you can purchase them.

Immunization Requirements Form

All students are required to complete the Immunization Requirements Form, which is received upon acceptance to the program. Follow the instructions to submit your completed Immunization Requirements Form to BU Student Health Services through the online Patient Connect portal. If you have not received all necessary immunizations, you can receive them at BU’s Student Health Services, and all immunizations are covered by SHIP. The deadline to submit this form is the Friday of the first week of classes.
