Nilufar Rakhmanova, MPH

Nilufar Rakhmanova brings over 15 years of global health expertise with specialized training in public health and strengthening health systems worldwide. As Quality Health Systems Lead at FHI 360, Nilufar has applied quality improvement science to address complex public health challenges including tuberculosis, HIV, and COVID-19 across multiple continents. Her field experience spans over 20 countries, from managing a $33 million flagship project in Cambodia to serving as a Tuberculosis Advisor overseeing $50 million in USAID initiatives across Central Asia. Nilufar’s analytical expertise is demonstrated through her previous experience as ProMED correspondent from 2003 till 2017 and her commitment to leveraging data-driven insights to enhance BEACON’s capacity for early detection and rapid response to emerging health threats.
