Pediatricians, parents struggle to get updated Covid vaccine for kids | MSNBC

CEID Director Dr. Nahid Bhadelia spoke on MSNBC’s Way Too Early about vaccination against Covid, flu, & RSV. October is perfect timing to get vaccinated ahead of increased gatherings & travel around the winter holidays. Responding to concerns about cost & availability of vaccines, she recommended that those with insurance check for in-network vaccination locations appointments & confirming the pharmacy or hospital has vaccines in stock the morning of the appointment. For those without insurance, or whose insurance does not cover these vaccines, they are available free through the CDC’s Bridge Access Program. Watch the full interview here.
