What is the total amount of funding support you are requesting from AEF?*
AEF awards are intended for use when department/program funds are either not available or cannot sufficiently cover the request. After conferring with your chair/director, please indicate whether the activity (or a portion of the activity) can be supported by your department/program (e.g., from gift accounts or operating budget).*
Include a detailed budget for the event. These costs should include admission fees, tickets, travel outside of the city, etc. Please make sure any requests for refreshments are directly related to the event. Not all requests for food and drink will be covered by the fund. Also, please indicate how the initial payment for the event will be made (Department P-Card, personal credit card, requisition, etc).*
