GRS PhD Request for Certificate of Completion
By submitting this form, the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences will produce a Certificate of Completion verifying that you have completed all requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Certificates will be sent by email as a PDF. These documents will be sent after GRS has reviewed your final dissertation submission in ProQuest ETD.
