Unreasonable: Black Lives, Police Power, and the Fourth Amendment
2023-2024 Book Symposia
Recently, Professor Devon Carbado (Honorable Harry Pregerson Professor of Law, UCLA) published Unreasonable: Black Lives, Police Power, and the Fourth Amendment. Carbado chronicles the Supreme Court’s increasingly allocation of power to police power by expanding what actions are “reasonable” under the Fourth Amendment. B.U. Law Review Online hosts four responses to this important work as part of its 2023-2024 Book Symposium.
