Vice Admiral (Ret.) Shoshana Chatfield (Pardee’88) (right), former president of the Naval War College, has been named the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies Inaugural Distinguished Fellow. During a chat with Pardee Dean Scott Taylor on September 24, Chatfield, a decorated Navy officer and career helicopter pilot, spoke about her career and leadership experience in public service, diplomacy, and the military, and answered questions from students. As part of her fellowship, she will speak at two public events, guest-lecture in select Pardee classes, and take part in special school engagements.
