The COVID-19 Adult Resilience Experiences Study

Participate in our study!

The CARES project is a collaboration between the Boston University School of Social Work and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Our goal is to understand the physical and emotional well being of young adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are currently enrolling a cohort of 2,000 young adults in the United States to participate in our research study funded by the National Science Foundation. Join our efforts by participating today.

Who is eligible to participate?

We are looking for young adults who are:

  • Between the ages of 18-30

  • Living in the United States OR receiving education from a U.S. institution

What will I do in this research study?

  • You may be asked to complete a 30-45 minute online survey that will take place up to 3 times (April, July, and October 2020)

  • Some participants will be selected to participate in a 20-minute in-depth online interview.

One in 10 participants will receive a $25 Amazon gift card for completion of each online survey. All participants who complete interviews will be compensated with a $20 gift card.​
